The incarnation of Lord Vishnu, Krishna was born to Devaki and Vasudeva in Mathura and looked after by Nand and Yashoda in Vrindavan. The divine Sri Krishna is the lord who is pleased and admired with singing hymns by Brahma, Indra, Varuna, Shiva and Ganesha. In the Vedas and Upanishads the lord is praised in songs of Sama singers. Lord Krishna is constantly governing the thoughts of ascetics (yogis) in meditation. The divine Krishna is limitless and not even gods or demons can define the limit of Sri Krishna.
